I think most of CCC's comments are worth considering, in that respect. There's a lot of truth in them. Why not? Better he comes (he's funny) than Ryan Manning. My grandfather is a bitter old man but he is friends with a nice man who visits him every week. He doesn't enjoy this other man's company, he berates him, but I'm sure he likes being visited. Why does the other person come, though? He must loathe my grandfather in some way. In high school I had friends I didn't really like, but I chose to associate with them. Why do people do anything? I think it's so ridiculous that we are expected only to go to places we "like", think about things we "like", associate with people we "like". People are complicated.
