Erin Hosier at The Nervous Breakdown has fiery stuff to say about Bill Clegg’s Portrait of the Addict as a Young Man.  And here’s Dwight Garner at the New York Times with a pretty positive review from today.  I haven’t read the book yet; it’s in the proverbial stack for this summer.

      Hey Nick! Back in NYC? anyway, yes, this is in my pile too. I loved Dwight’s review. He’s just such a great writer. Erin’s piece was, well, refreshingly honest. fiery for sure.

      I’m in LA as I type this, but will be back in NY for a bit soon! (That’s where my lease is… just doing temporary places out here.) But then probably moving out here for permanent in the fall. It’d be good to catch up when I’m back–hope the new book is going well.
