Have you checked in with The Laughing Yeti lately? Shome Dasgupta’s archive of thoughts on reading is becoming epic, and if the Internet lasts after the aliens come and go, it will certainly prove to be a worthwhile resource for the future historians.

      That’s a big IF. Even without the aliens, a war fought with an assortment of widespread electromagnetic pulses will scrub a lot of info from the tubes.

      I HAVE ALREADY ENCODED THAT ENTIRE WEBSITE IN MY BRAINWAVES. I AM TEACHING IT TO ANIMALS. THE PLANTS–WHATEVER PLANTS SURVIVE–WILL DRIP THE WORDS LIKE SAP WHEN STRUCK.
