Not sarcastic, though I do agree there are problems with Issuu. However, the app for reading on my phone is pretty good, which is why I think it’s awesome.
Hello, this is David, one of the editors at UDP. We are starting a modest ebook program to digitize all our out-of-print chaps. Littap generously gave us a grant to do this. We will be rolling them out slowly for the foreseeable future. Many of our early chaps were printed in small runs and most missed out on the fun, so we are offering them to readers for free. We working to eliminate Issuu’s weird glare effect, “presentation view” does this but the feature is embedded through a couple of menus. Thanks for the plug and check back for future chaps by Maureen Thorson, Paul Killebrew, and more.

is using issuu supposed to be a good thing?
it’s just hard to read if there’s sarcasm in the post. or sarcasm against sarcasm against issuu in this post.
i am not a fan of issu, but i am a fan of ugly duckling, and also of accessibility, so i mean, there’s that.

If this means more people can read Matthew Rohrer’s “A Plate of Chicken,” I’m all for it. http://www.uglyducklingpresse.org/catalog/browse/item/?pubID=10
Issuu is more annoying than Ann Coulter.
