Have a huge problem with this. It’s one thing for a little zine to be non-paying, or some tiny journal, but when a mag is trying to make a profit and makes a rule of non-payment to authors, that does them no good service. Well I guess unless the authors are also professors, in which the pay probably don’t matter. (Is this one of those mags that take in a lot of ads yet don’t pay the writers?)
