I existentialized via photoshop Adrian Tomine comic to commemorate preceding david fi卐hkind post; original after the break. “Seems bleak” or “fml” was supposed to be in thought bubble, but then I felt was it better with nothing.

I drank a diet pepsi while doing this and listening Keith Jarrett. It took me almost 2 hrs. Now I either need to pee or respond by my boss’s email(s). Oh, and that’s Fishkind’s ironic-swastika, not mine. btw I’m depressed.

      The last frame of the original comic reminds me of an apartment building in Southern California, on a street I used to live. Maybe it’s the palm trees or the mountains, but in real life the palm trees are full of rats and the mountains catch on fire every year.

      i like it jimmy. the difference between fi卐hkind and “david fishkind” though is that fi卐hkind (sometimes stylized “fishkkkind”) is a brooklyn based band formed by adam humphreys, zachary german, and miles ross. later, erik stinson, jamie sterns, and i were added to the lineup. we have been on hiatus for approximately one year, although we did have a recent release on bandcamp. that being said, i don’t mind swastikas, and actually think they’re pretty funny, though they are an illegal symbol here in germany unless being used in a historically responsible context.
