Last year some time, I found this YouTube video of a high school girl reviewing CHANGING. It was completely surreal, esp. because she was talking about it next to Anne Rice & the sequels to Ann of Green Gables. She kept on calling my book “weird” and “cool.” Ah shucks. Probably the best review I could ask for.
Someone should forward this to Ben.

This is fantastic. I want her English teacher to teach at my kids’ school if/when I have kids and when they are old enough to go to school.

My dad’s an English teacher, and I’ve gotten him to include House of Leaves in his AP curriculum. He also teaches a lot of Beckett, and his students all really take well to all of it. It’s pretty awesome.
