Yes, Dan Gilbert’s choice of Comic Sans for this open letter deserves the mockery its getting. But, frankly, the quotation marks are far more insipid.

      They read the whole thing on Sportscenter today. It is awesome. The question now is whether it’s better than Ron Artest’s post-Championship press conference…

      The quotes are intentional. He is ragging Lebron and a culture that thinks every little thing needs a title; The Decision, The KIng, The Red River Rivalry, blar, whatever. An hour long special for a guy to tell us where he’s going to work next year.

      Also, Dan needed that Google program that gives you 10 minutes before it actually sent SEND. A CEO doesn’t need to respond that way, IMO.

      The font looks like a teenage girl.

      He just seems jilted and pissed to me, very human.

      “witnessed”
      “motivation” after he used “motivated” without them earlier.
      “who”
      “right”
