please look after mom by Kyung Sook Shin. I cried three times while reading it. The book plays on your heart strings or whatever, but it does it in an entirely different way. Like there is a scene where the narrator describes the scene between the mother and her brother. Her brother lives in the same town. The two are older, in their 50s. The brother rides up on his bicycle to the edge of his sister’s yard randomly and yells, “Hey sister, are you okay.” The sister yells back, “I’m okay brother.” Then the brother rides away on his bike.
Kokoro by Soseki NatsumeGoogle “han shan poems” “Han shan poems gary snyder” and “Tang Poets” And just read random links.
