Matthew Simmons—
Pindeldyboz, a site which I read regularly and aspired to publish on early in my discovery of the vibrant online lit scene, is shutting down. Thanks for everything, Whitney and gang.
Used to print whole issues out. Loved it so much, I’d kill a tree.
No! This is exactly what shouldn’t be happening.
Damn
That’s a shame. One of the first literary magazines I read regularly, back when I first started getting into the scene, and one I read ever since. I was just there reading this morning, in fact.
=(
but with a deeply grateful “so long and thanks for all the fish” to whitney and the gang
Sad, sad news. P-Boz was the first online mags I read (I think) and the first magazine to run one of my stories.
Oh, the land of a million bummers.
This is one of the first magazines I ever read that I truly enjoyed. They’re also really great to their writers and they are willing to take chances. Good things do come to an end but I am sad to see Pindeldyboz closing its virtual doors.

This is really too bad.

Pboz will go down in history. Historians, update the text books!
