Chicago-Denver is mercifully one of the cheapest routes in the country right now because Southwest is trying to drive down everyone else’s prices.

Same–I’m only taking 2.5 days off, and the Frontier flights from Indy to Denver are cheap, not to mention I’m crashing at a friends, so hotel fare is nil. Booze, books, and board are my wallet holes for the weekend.

We’re going to sell magazines and chapbooks and host a reading and I am maybe going to read some of my own work for other folks and sit on a panel. And also to see people. I hope I enjoy AWP more than I did last year.

But the panels look cool, and the magazine purchasing would be made easy, and Denver’s a pretty city. So. I’m not sure.
