“The heart that thinks, the blood around the heart called thought. How does the mind think? It heaves.” Dan Beachy-Quick is a beautiful thought skater at Joshua Marie Wilkinson’s new poetics journal Evening Will Come. April isn’t just gags and snow; it’s also Quick and Cedar Sigo and Julie Carr. Do it the reading time, sexy loners, do it and hear your tick.

All I can think of is a porn star who likes to party.

Actually, all I can think of is a porn star who likes to party but is going to grad school for social work.

“Whatever, I’m gonna quit when I graduate.”

I went to the first link, then I went to the second link

the first link went directly to an interesting sequence of words in – I’m compelled to conclude – a chosen order; the second link went to a link clearing-house that included a link to that interesting sequence of words

both the interesting sequence of words at the first link and the author-picture – I’m compelled to conclude – and link to the firstly-linked interesting sequence of words at the second link are under the authorial sign of “Daniel Beachy-Quick”

there is an unprinted space between the “l” and the “B” in this – I’m compelled to conclude – author’s name

there is a hyphen between the “y” and the “Q” in this – I’m compelled to conclude – same author’s name

I conclude that a connoisewer of the various and polyenergetic capital-h-without-the-uprights thingies would place the one hyphen in the name of this author of at least one interesting sequence of words in the correct location in a mention of this author’s name in a blogicle containing a pair of links to that interesting sequence of words and to the masthead of the online magazine that contains an author-picture and a link to this author’s same interesting sequence of words, respectively

      !
