   Hi Mr. Simmons – I have the book in which Vlad talks about Kafka’s most famous story about buggery (ahem). He’s not really editing Kafka but fixing the translation, more so, making things a bit more accurate in terms of the description of the bug’s wings. He pretty much did that all the time while reading, apparently. I’ve heard that Vlad was borderline autistic, sort of like Glenn Gould. Highly OCD. The introduction to Vlad’s Lectures on Literature is highly recommended reading:
