Larst wins. Drop me a line at giantblinditems at g mail dot com.

The game in God Jr. was, indeed, inspired by Banjo Kazooie. I believe I heard him talk about it in a Bookworm interview.

Weird coincidence: when I read God Jr., I went out to purchase a copy of Banjo Kazooie from a used games store. I found a copy for $10. The previous owner had written his name on the top of the cartridge in Sharpie. The kid’s name was Jesus. God Jr.
